The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. The location was excellent, close to popular attractions and within walking distance of shopping and dining options. the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, offering us a complimentary upgrade to a superior room upon arrival.
The lack of a minibar in the room. It would have been convenient to have access to cold drinks and snacks without having to leave the hotel.

When we were initially unhappy with our room, they accommodated us with an upgrade for two nights. The top floor apartment with a view of St Stephen's cupola was amazing. The second room we stayed in was clean, modern, and had a view of the street. The hotel's location was convenient to many delicious restaurants, shopping options, St Stephen's Basilica, and the Metro. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, close to main attractions and 100E Bus terminal. Quiet street with fantastic restaurants nearby. Small, but comfortable room for sleeping. Powerful air conditioning for the hot summer weather. Spacious bathroom with good shower. Delicious breakfast with fresh bread, cheeses, meats, jams, and fruits.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect as it was close to all the attractions in the city center. We were able to walk to the popular Christmas market at St Stephen's Cathedral and to the bar and restaurant area. The hotel itself was modern and clean, with spacious rooms and a very nice bathroom. The staff at the reception were helpful and knowledgeable about the sights and attractions in this city. They spoke fluent English, and always greeted us with a smile.
